Technical Product Manager

As a Technical Product Manager, you'll blend Product Ownership and Engineering Leadership to drive experimentation and rapid innovation within our mobile apps team (iOS and Android). You will:

• Combine product vision with technical expertise: identify user needs, prototype quickly, and validate ideas with data-driven experiments.
• Lead engineering execution: coordinate rapid development cycles, ensure technical quality, and guide engineers on best practices and modern mobile technologies.
• Drive experimentation strategy: define measurable objectives, track experiment outcomes, analyze user behavior, and iterate swiftly based on real-world feedback.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders: communicate progress clearly, manage expectations effectively, and balance innovative experimentation with business goals.
• Contribute to the broader product vision: actively participate in shaping product strategy, exploring market opportunities, and staying ahead of emerging trends in mobile tech.
  
  
  

We expect:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager with a strong focus on mobile experimentation and innovation (ideally in a startup/scale-up environment).
• Solid background in software development or mobile engineering, able to confidently guide teams and handle technical decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype, validate ideas with data, and effectively transition successful experiments into scalable solutions.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong business acumen to balance innovation with clear growth objectives and customer satisfaction.

Salary range

Gross salary from 5786- 7439 EUR/Month, depending on your experience.
