We are looking

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our startup as our first DevOps hire. You'll play a critical role in transitioning us from an incubator-hosted environment to our own self-hosted infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability as we grow.

Get ready to

• Design, implement, and manage our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our production environments.
• Build internal tools and processes that help our developers ship faster and more reliably.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for proactive issue detection.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Define best practices for containerization, orchestration, and cloud infrastructure.

We expect you to

• Be willing to own DevOps end-to-end, from strategy to execution.
• Have experience working with AWS, Linux, Containers, and Kubernetes (a big plus).
• Be familiar with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot across multiple technologies.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills – you'll work closely with our developers to optimize workflows.
• Be fluent in both English and Lithuanian.

Our Tech Stack (Current & Future)

We are in the process of defining our DevOps stack, but here are some tools we expect to use:

• Version Control & CI/CD: GitLab (self-managed), standardized pipelines, cloud-native buildpacks
• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (EKS, RDS, S3, SQS, Elasticache, OpenSearch)
• Infrastructure as Code: OpenTofu (Terraform)
• Monitoring & Logging: DataDog (or alternative)
• Containers & Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker

Salary

Gross salary range is 3500-4800 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
