Royal Unibrew is seeking a dynamic and visionary Tech Lead to spearhead our Microsoft Dataverse /Power Platform services and projects. You will be key to help us move from market specific solutionsto more template thinking, while keeping some unique benefits per market due to competitiveadvantages.

For this journey to work, we have some of the best people that understands the business as well asdevelopers. You will be part of the Commercial IT & Data team which supports our commercialfunctions in the different countries.

A bit about your new role & primary tasks:

Design and govern composable architecture in the team: Be the architect and facilitator togetherwith others, and design what is template and what is market specific solutions, while ensuringefficient processes for development

Visionary execution: Help build a technical roadmap & structure that enables us to achieve RoyalUnibrew’s digital commercial strategy

Expert Guidance and Gatekeeper: Acting as scrum master and provide deep functional expertise,and proactively identify functional enhancements that will add value by analyzing business and ITprocesses, identifying inefficiencies, and documenting procedures

Build and support: Co-develop and develop with providing value-added IT solutions and offeringinsights to solve daily business problems using existing tools and processes

Ensure Integrity: Maintain solution integrity, update documentation (both functional and technical),and promote a cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude across departments

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for someone who is, proactive, and capable of handling stakeholders with ease. Youare also an entrepreneurial type and thrive in situations where we sometimes build the road as we go,allowing you to help create a structure that is meaningful and functional. Also:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field

Domain Expertise: At least 10 years of experience in similar roles and experience with MS PowerPlatform / Dataverse and MS Dynamics, including several end-to-end project implementations

Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Solution Architect, or ProjectManager

Presentation Skills: Proficiency with the Office package with the purpose to structure and present

Technical skills: Proficiency with Dataverse configuration, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, PowerPages, Azure, C#.net, Javascript aso

Adaptability and Drive: Self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic, with a professional passion andentrepreneurial spirit.

Communication and Teamwork: Good communication skills in English, both oral and written, withthe ability to unite technical specialists and business users.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally (5-10 days per year) for project participation.
