Business Analyst

Looking for a Business Analyst to optimize cost structures within Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P). In this role, you will support a specific Cluster with business analytics and intelligence, directly contributing to the improvement of our Cost of Goods (CoG) roadmap. You will work in a dynamic high-tech environment where collaboration and innovation are key.

What We Expect From You

• A master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, (International) Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• 2 to 6 years of experience in a large organization, preferably in a high-tech environment
• Experience in data analytics within the Supply Chain/Procurement field
• Experience with KPI dashboarding, data analysis, and follow-up
• Strong stakeholder management skills across various levels
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); experience with SAP/Power BI/Spotfire is a plus

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and report cost performance within a specific Cluster
• Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities
• Act as the go-to person for Senior Account Leaders on cost-related topics
• Provide transparency on cost roadmaps and support senior Cluster Managers
• Organize Cluster Cost Carousels and provide training to Account Leaders
• Collaborate with Finance to meet cluster commitments
• Continuously improve cost management processes and tools
