What You Will Do

• Define and manage the product roadmap for Kaiko’s Derived Data solutions, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer needs;
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and execute the strategy for analytics and indices;
• Conduct research to understand customer requirements, market trends, and regulatory developments;
• Partner with quant, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and refine data-driven products;
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery;
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security across all derived data products;
• Lead and mentor product team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth;
• Act as the bridge between product, technology, and revenue teams, ensuring strategic alignment;
• Communicate product roadmaps, updates, and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders;
• Define success metrics and track product performance using data-driven insights;
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and security best practices in financial indices and analytics.
  
  

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of experience in product management within blockchain, fintech, or financial data products;
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency indices, financial data analytics, and risk assessment models;
• Experience with DeFi protocols, blockchain, and on-chain analytics;
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive product execution;
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
  
  

NICE TO HAVES

• Financial background, particularly in trading, market data, or risk management;
• Experience with DeFi ecosystems, on-chain oracles, and blockchain indexing solutions;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and data infrastructure;
• Understanding of compliance and security regulations in crypto financial products.
