Artificial Intelligence Developer

We’re looking for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, optimization, and implementation of AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying machine learning models, working with structured and unstructured data, and building Generative AI (GenAI) applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end AI solutions, leveraging cloud infrastructure and best practices to enhance system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI and machine learning models using Python, ensuring high-quality and efficient performance.
• Work with Python ML and LLM frameworks such as Pandas, Numpy, scikit-learn, and LangChain to process structured and unstructured data.
• Design and implement solutions based on standard Data Science workflows, focusing on GenAI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to incrementally develop and refine AI solutions.
• Leverage MS Azure cloud infrastructure, including Azure Document Intelligence and Azure OpenAI, for model deployment and optimization.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Document findings, solutions, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development for Artificial Intelligence and machine learning applications.
• Strong experience with Python ML and LLM frameworks such as Pandas, Numpy, scikit-learn, and LangChain.
• Solid understanding of standard Data Science workflows and experience in building GenAI applications.
• Familiarity with working in agile, cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience with MS Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Document Intelligence and Azure OpenAI.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM agents, and other GenAI advancements.
• Knowledge of CI/CD frameworks such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience processing and analyzing contractual and insurance-related documents.
