Product & Engineering Team 🤝

Our Product & Engineering team, consisting of around 20 talented colleagues, plays a key role in delivering high-quality features that enhance employee engagement. We foster a feedback-driven culture where every voice matters, supporting both your personal and professional growth.

Together with the team, you'll contribute to our DevOps-inspired approach, optimizing our product through continuous improvement and simplicity. We focus on JavaScript Fullstack development using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS, with an emphasis on collaborative practices like pair-programming to create impactful solutions.
