Job Description

Automating classical data gathering and business intelligence, through designing and implementing machine learning based platform and potentially architecting systems that automate data gathering, analytics, and integrating their outcome into other applications. Determines the foundation for data driven and fact based decision-making. Provides the tools and intelligence to formulate strategies and future business development plans.

Interpretation and analysis of data using statistical techniques, visualization, and predictive analytics. Development and implementation of databases, data collection systems, data analysis, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

Works closely with project managers and portfolio managers to jointly brainstorm on how automation can assist in ongoing operation.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Manages tools, methods, and processes linked to the job.
  • Is responsible for automation of the portfolio management
  • Gives input to or participates in process development.
  • Participates in relevant technical studies and analysis.
  • Develops software and has specialized knowledge on big data analytics tools and methods.
  • Ensures that the database is accessible in the organization, and is performing legitimately, and that the necessary safety measures are in place to keep the stored data safe

Key Skills And Experience

  • Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
  • Hands-on experience in the field of Data Science
  • Familiarity of field of Machine Learning: supervised and unsupervised learning, linear and logistic regressions, random forests, gradient boosting, neural networks (RNN, LSTM, CNN), text mining and topics extraction, NLP, K-Means, decision trees, ML applied to computer vision, Generative AI, Language Models, GPT, RAG
  • Deep Knowledge of Python (scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, etc), Jupyter, Spark/Scala or R data science libraries, PostgreSQL, ELK, Java, Kubernetes, Docker, micro-services-oriented architecture, collaborative tools (GitLab)
  • English mandatory (written and verbal)
