Senior Data Science Analytics Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Data Science & Analytics Consultant to help our client in the Energy sector strengthen their data-driven decision-making. This role is crucial in establishing structured data processes, optimizing data analysis, and implementing best practices to drive Operational Excellence.

The ideal candidate is a senior expert who can define data structures, create critical documentation, and mentor junior team members while guiding key data initiatives.

• Design and implement structured data workflows to enhance decision-making.
• Manage and optimize data lakes (e.g., VAP4DSO).
• Develop and refine Power BI dashboards for clear and insightful data presentation.
• Conduct data analysis to support multiple business functions:
• DK-Z: Facility-related analytics and process measurement improvements.
• DK-C: Customer analytics and process performance metrics.
• Support process measurement, analysis, and follow-ups using structured data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve data governance, accuracy, and utilization.
  

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• Strong expertise in data management, governance, and visualization.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and working with data lakes.
• Proven track record in Operational Excellence and best practices implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process measurement and optimization.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and build scalable data workflows.
• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required.
  

• Experience with VAP4DSO or similar energy sector data platforms.
• Knowledge of automation and AI-driven analytics.
• Experience in a consulting or transformation-focused role.
