WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Directly impact the product vision and roadmap for our AI-powered apps, ensuring they meet user needs and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Identify market gaps and new opportunities for innovative app solutions.
• Design and iterate on user flows to create intuitive, elegant app experiences that simplify complex AI processes.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to prioritize features, improve user experience, and ensure smooth development cycles.
• Develop and guide monetization strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining a positive user experience.
• Actively track app industry trends, market developments, and competitor products to inspire fresh ideas and improvements.
• Contribute to the design of user interfaces and flows that guide users seamlessly through AI-driven experiences.
• Translate data insights into actionable product decisions to improve retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Collaborate with leadership to build and maintain a clear roadmap that aligns with company objectives.
• Assist in creating and refining marketing strategies that effectively communicate app features and value.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least 1 year of experience in product management, app design, data analysis, marketing, or other relevant fields.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into product improvements.
• A flexible, solution-oriented mindset with a knack for finding simple and elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Experience or strong interest in AI-driven photo & video editing tools or creative content solutions.
• Deep understanding of app UX/UI design principles and the ability to create or contribute to flow designs.
• Proven ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decisions.
• Interest in the latest trends in the app industry, with insights on emerging markets, consumer habits, and popular AI app features.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, ensuring alignment between engineering, design, and business goals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey product decisions and strategies.
• A proactive mindset; someone who thrives on ownership and drives their projects forward.
• Experience with monetization strategies and market positioning to maximize revenue.

NICE TO HAVES / BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working on an AI photo/video app or other AI-driven creative tools.
• Hands-on experience in roadmap planning and guiding product development teams.
• Data literacy and the ability to interpret key metrics for growth and engagement.
• Experience with launching and scaling successful apps.
• Links or materials showcasing an app you have worked on is highly valued.

LOCATION
