Who will you be working with?

Our HR team is dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will work closely with employees, managers, and other stakeholders, providing essential support to ensure seamless HR processes and successful organizational change initiatives. You will be located at the Stemmann – Polska Plant in Kąty Wrocławskie, 25 km far from Wrocław.


How will you make a difference?

As a member of the HR team you will be responsible for supporting organisational change initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy. Your role will include, increasing employee engagement, leading recruitment processes for production staff and employer branding. You will report to the local Country Manager and work with cross-functional teams to ensure HR excellence.


What do we would like to know about you?

  • Undergoing university studies or graduation in human resources/related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles or education/knowledge, with understanding of HR principles including employee relations, talent acquisition, development, branding.
  • Passionist about people and HR processes
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with employees and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); experience with Power BI and any HR system is an advantage
  • Open minded, problem solving skills
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Polish and English professional proficiency written and spoken


What will your typical day look like?


Assisting in processes:

1) Employee attraction:

  • Recruiting of employees.
  • Being a partner in the communication process with candidates, external agencies and internal interests.


2) Building Strong HR Cycle Processes:

  • Conducting onboarding and offboarding sessions
  • Coordinating training programs to support employee integration and development.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screening and background checks.


3) Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Organize employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
