HR & TA Assistant
Reports to: Sr. Legal & People Operations Manager
Role Overview
As HR & TA Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting HR and TA operations and compliance initiatives. This role ensures accurate administrative execution, compliance with labor laws, and streamlined HR processes, contributing to a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
People Operations & HR Support (70%)
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation across multiple jurisdictions. Support with benefits enrollment.
- Support the preparation and administration of B2B contracts and employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage HR data and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Support employee relations matters, including pay-related disputes and compliance with local employment regulations.
- Ensure policies align with HR and company-wide policies.
- Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and compliance initiatives.
Talent Acquisition (30%)
- Source, identify, and message passive technical candidates to develop strong pipelines across Europe.
- Strong focus on leading the recruiting efforts for our Engineering and Product Management departments.
- Conduct thorough initial interviews to gauge the candidate’s technical skill set.
- Ability to manage the end to end hiring process from inception through onboarding.
- Build and populate candidate scorecards in an ATS.
- Understanding of the Agile/Scrum process and how that relates to building software.
- Construct search strings using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
- Develop strong internal relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to make data driven decisions to measure the efficiency of the entire recruiting process.
- Champion Codiity’s Culture and assist in driving our employer branding strategies.
