1. Expert Level (7+ years of experience)

• Focus: Distributed systems and blockchain development
• Requires deep knowledge of consensus mechanisms like Proof of Work (PoW), Proof of Stake (PoS), Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT), etc.
• Strong background in cryptographic security (hashing, digital signatures, zero-knowledge proofs).
• Experience with tokenomics (designing economic models for blockchain projects).
• Expertise in Layer 1/Layer 2 blockchain solutions and cross-chain interoperability.
• Ability to design secure cryptographic systems.

2. Senior Level (4+ years of experience)

• Focus: Rust programming & distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles & blockchain security
• Experience in consensus algorithm optimization
• Smart contract development experience (Substrate, Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-based platforms)
• Performance optimization skills (Flamegraph, perf)
• Ability to lead discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers

3. Mid-Level (2-3 years of experience)

• Focus: Rust development
• Basic understanding of cryptographic techniques (hashing, digital signatures)
• Some experience with consensus algorithms (PoW, PoS)
• Familiarity with blockchain data structures (Merkle Trees, DAGs)
• Understanding of database systems (RocksDB) in blockchain
• Proficiency in Rust testing/debugging
