We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Engineer for our global business partner operating in the steel, foundry, and glass industries, which provides engineering solutions for high-temperature processes.
Job Description
- Support EMEA Sales Team on clients’ visits for the identification of the proper product to be applied.
- Support EMEA Sales on trials and products’ qualification.
- Support EMEA Sales Team on technical issues providing adequate trouble-shooting actions.
- Identifies clients’ needs to evaluate, with Product Managers and M&T team, new solutions and/or customized products to be prototyped and possibly developed.
- Support EMEA Sales Team on seeking for new business opportunities.
- Conduct training with customers and/or distributors.
- Support Sales Team on executing annual sales bgt, maintaining or increasing market share as planned.
- Support product marketing actions when planned.
- Ensure compliance with general and specific rules and procedures of the company.
- Follow up with Operations to guarantee delivery dates agreed with customers are met. (prototypes, new products, new applications)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering,
- 4 years’ experience in the industry,
- Good knowledge of steel industry and Sensors Probes products,
- Advanced level of English skills both verbal and written,
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to meet new people and quickly establish relationship,
- High service level and customer focus,
- No obstacle to travel both abroad and domestic,
- Driving License is a must.
