Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement UI/UX best practices.
- Ensure the design is aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and usability.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
