On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for HR Administrator

Job Description

  • Respond to inquiries from employees, manager, etc.
  • Performs the day-to-day administration and communication of HR related tasks
  • Manages the personnel files of the workforce
  • Advices employees in basic HR administration tasks
  • Tasks related to internal processing of maternity/paternity leave.
  • Carify and resolve errors or escalations within HR Administration, Payroll, and Time Ad-hoc reporting for business
  • May support basic payroll activities, manage time accounts, run routine reports, administrate recruiting measures, communicate with candidates, and / or administrates training programs (content, application lists).
  • Management with the respective internal and external parties.
  • Deliver high quality services, ensure that our processes are documented, and work both efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in working in a similar role and preferably a degree in the Human Resource management-area.
  • Communicative and service oriented.
  • Cnalytical and able to independently own and resolve problems.
  • Experience from working process oriented and in different systems.
  • Communicate fluently in Norwegian and English, writing as well as spoken.
