Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services using Node.js on AWS

Develop APIs and integrate third-party services within secure and regulated environments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement

Implement best practices for cloud security, scalability, and performance

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5+ years of hands-on development experience with Node.js

Strong knowledge of AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, ECS, CloudFormation

Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker)

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
