The division :

Group CIO creates the link between technology and business strategy and priorities, defines the technology operating model for AXA, sets global and local architecture, applications and infrastructure standards, and leads the definition and execution of global technology strategy and technology lifecycle to enable innovation and business growth.


The department / team :

You will join the Workplace Global Products department, which delivers Collaboration (Class 1) and Modern Management (Class 2) products and contributes to supporting AXA transformation’s goals to become a Tech-led company.


Our main missions:

  • Provide a seamless and consistent collaboration experience using any device, from anywhere, supporting hybrid work for every AXA employee and distributor
  • Design, build and deliver high quality, secure and standard products, meeting AXA entities & AXA Group business requirements and performance needs
  • Ensure up-to-date solutions with a technical debt embedded in Product lifecycle leveraging evergreen process
  • Deliver One Workplace Program with AXA Entities and the contribution of all product lines by 2026 onwards
  • Build costs efficient and performing products by optimizing Workplace global operating model as well as leveraging processes and operations automation


About the job :

As a Meeting Experience Product Owner, you will be primarily responsible for managing the Meeting Room product, in addition to the Room Booking and Event on Demand products. These products have a global footprint across the group and are experiencing rapid growth. You will work closely with the Product Manager to shape the product vision.


Your main missions will be:

  • Oversee the development of new product functionalities and enhancements to existing products in close collaboration with AXA Entities worldwide.
  • Manage customer relationships and the entire lifecycle of the Meeting Experience products, from providing customer advice and pre-sales management to costing, deployment, and ensuring outstanding quality of service.
  • Define the evolution and development of products from conception to launch and beyond, leading the ideation, solution design, development, launch phases, and product promotion to drive maximum customer satisfaction within AXA Entities.
  • Review existing products, conduct market analysis, and analyse client expectations to drive the development of products aligned with market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with AXA Entities to build new products.


PROFILE :

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

  • 5 years of experience in agile methodology, acting as a Product Owner
  • Master product backlog tools (Jira)
  • Familiar with the methods/framework/practices and is able to explain it to stakeholders
  • Open to work within an existing Operating Model
  • Functional expertise in Audio video products, device management and M365 products.
  • Expertise in the areas of analysis, critical thinking and decision making, innovation, knowledge of emerging technology, planning, risk management, systems thinking, application rationalization, Security and technical problem solving.
  • Leadership: Exhibits strong results orientation, change leadership, adaptability and the ability to drive collaborative behaviour
  • Communication skills: Exhibits strong skills in listening, spoken and written communication, collaboration and the ability to work in a global team.
  • Strong skills in influence, consultation and negotiating ability
