AI/LLM/AWS BEDROCK ENGINEER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an AWS Bedrock AI/ML Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. The client is the first “on-the-way” crowdsourced delivery platform. They put extra space in passenger vehicles to work by connecting people with items to send to drivers heading in the right direction. The collaborative model enables fast, flexible, scalable delivery that reaches 90% of all U.S. households. They work with consumers, small businesses, and extensive global brands to help with same-day and urgent deliveries nationwide. The community of 200,000 verified drivers has delivered to more than 20,000 zip codes — the country’s most significant local same-day delivery footprint. The client makes it easy to launch same-day delivery with no set-up time or expense with their mobile and web applications. At purchase, customers can request a pickup in minutes and track their delivery from pickup to drop-off in real time. They work with top retailers, airlines, and grocers to provide a faster, more efficient, and more scalable solution for same-day and last-mile deliveries nationwide.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with AWS Bedrock, LLMs (such as GPT, Claude, or custom models), and chatbot frameworks.
• Solid experience with AWS Bedrock, LLMs, and understanding of building chatbot systems.
• Strong knowledge of AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with API integration and cloud infrastructure.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• At least upper-intermediate level English.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbot systems leveraging AWS Bedrock and LLMs.
• Integrate AI models with various backend systems, APIs, and databases.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of AI-driven chatbot solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to refine AI models.
