Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (MERN + DevOps)

Experience: 5-9 Years

Location: Meril, IITMRP, Tharamani, Chennai.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Saturday 9 to 5.30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer (MERN + DevOps) with 5-9 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both frontend and backend development, API integration, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures, ensuring robust backend infrastructure.
• Design and implement REST APIs and integrate AI models efficiently.
• Work with Next.js to develop server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) applications.
• Ensure database efficiency using MongoDB and SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Implement authentication and security mechanisms including JWT, OAuth, and AES Encryption.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and optimize DevOps workflows using Docker and Kubernetes as well as with AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in full-stack development and DevOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Backend Development:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of API development and integrations.

Frontend Development:

• Proficiency in React.js and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, state management, and UI design principles.

API Development & AI Integration:

• Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with integrating AI models into web applications.

DevOps & Deployment:

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Security & Performance:

• Implementation of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
• Knowledge of AES encryption and other security best practices.
• Performance optimization for high-traffic applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
