Software Engineer

I'm partnered with a super cool VC-backed startup that has created a tool that makes it easier for developers to develop and deploy web applications quickly. It uses an open-source framework to keep things simple and flexible.

You'll contribute to building and refining next-generation products and protocols while working closely with customers to iterate and improve the tools. You'll be developing advanced cryptographic solutions across multiple platforms and contributing to both front and back-end development.

They use a variety of languages but will not expect you to have experience in all (Go, Rust, and full stack JavaScript).

What we're looking for:

• Experience designing and deploying distributed systems
• Knowledge of applied cryptography, such as hash functions, encryption methods, and proof schemes, supported by a strong mathematical foundation
• Someone innovative who has worked in a start-up environment before

There’s potential for this position to develop into a senior research, architecture, or leadership role.

They value face time and ideally would like this person to come into the office, based in central London.
