A leading broadcasting business with a global network is looking for a Network Engineer to join their team. This is a broad and varied role offering exposure to enterprise and ISP-level networking, with a mix of BAU (40%) and project work (60%). The Network:

• Three main sites – UK & Washington DC, plus a Data Center in Slough
• Palo Alto for network security
• Cisco for corporate networking
• Arista for video/multicast networking
• Aruba Wireless & Clearpass for WiFi and NAC
• Grafana, automation, and network monitoring

Upcoming Projects:

• Network consolidation & standardization
• DWDM panel installations
• Aruba Wireless & Clearpass deployment
• General network tidying and optimization

The Role:

• 40% BAU, 60% projects – no two days are the same!
• High degree of autonomy
• Work with a mix of enterprise & ISP-level networking
• Hybrid: 2 days per week in London office

What We’re Looking For:

• A network engineer on the way up, eager to grow and develop
• Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, Arista, or Aruba is highly beneficial
• Background in ISP or enterprise networking (broadcast experience is a bonus)
• Interest in automation, monitoring, and network optimization
