👥 Your role in the team

• Work closely with our Creative Director to translate creative visions into polished, high-impact digital designs.
• Design and develop visually compelling digital experiences, including mobile apps, SaaS products, platforms, B2B solutions, websites, landing pages, and interactive brand elements.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes with a strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
• Ensure a consistent brand identity by adhering to and further developing corporate design guidelines.
• Professionally utilize and apply existing design systems (e.g., Material Design, iOS Human Interface Guidelines) to ensure consistency, usability, and scalability across multiple platforms.
• Incorporate animations and motion design to enhance user interactions and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with developers, ensuring the feasibility and smooth implementation of design solutions-basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams including UX, Product, and Marketing to align design strategies with business goals.
• Present and communicate design concepts effectively, both internally and to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Stay ahead of design trends and best practices, continuously bringing fresh ideas and innovation into the design process.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of usability principles and how to apply them in high-fidelity UI designs.
• Ability to work with existing design systems (e.g., Material Design, iOS Human Interface Guidelines) and apply them professionally to create scalable, consistent designs.
• Strong sense for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, ensuring clean and structured UI components.
• Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in UI design, visual design, or product design, with a strong focus on digital experiences.
• Prior experience working on mobile apps, SaaS products, platforms, or B2B solutions.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and ensuring high-quality design deliverables.
• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools; Experience with prototyping and animation tools like After Effects or Lottie is a plus.
• Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams, working closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams.
• Passion for visual storytelling and digital brand experiences, with an eye for interactive elements and motion design.
