My client is seeking a motivated and skilled Process Engineer to join their team in a key role focused on monitoring and optimizing production processes. This position involves overseeing the transformation of raw materials into high-quality output, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency throughout the production line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the production process, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
• Work closely with operators to maintain consistent product quality.
• Train and support new team members, helping them develop independence and responsibility.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to foster a strong team environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and provide guidance where needed.
• Report to senior management and maintain effective communication with different departments.

Profile:

• Degree in a technical or engineering field (e.g., Industrial Sciences, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering).
• Experience in an industrial production or process environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
