We are looking for an Amazing: TECH LEAD Java

Type of position: Hybrid @Brussels, Full-Time

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• 10+ years of experience in software development with Java;
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices;
• Experience in leading and management teams;
• Proficiency in Java 8-17 and frameworks and technologies such as Spring/Springboot and Hibernate;
• Comfortable working with SQL and No-SQL Databases;
• Experience with Clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP), Rest API’s and Microservices Architectures;
• DevOps mindset (CI/CD knowledge) and experience with tests;
• Understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and debug complex software applications;
• Availability for a hybrid regime at Brussels (Belgium);
• Fluency in English with French and or Dutch is mandatory.

To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus):

• Experience in other programing languages such as React or Angular;
• Experience with Redux.
