What will you do?

As a Junior Business Development Manager, you’ll be given the responsibility and the freedom to build your own network and client portfolio. You will be part of a small, driven team where you’ll work with both clients and consultants, making a real impact.

🌍 Business Development

• You identify and explore new market opportunities
• You build relationships with clients and negotiate deals independently
• You monitor the market and think strategically about growth opportunities

👥 People Management

• You map out the skills and interests of our consultants and look for challenging projects. You guide them throughout the process.
• You ensure a successful collaboration between clients and consultants
• You stay involved in the professional development of consultants

📈 Strategy & Internal Projects

• You contribute to initiatives that help darwind scale further
• You work on internal improvement projects and training programs

What are we looking for?

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• You have a commercial mindset and are not afraid to make independent decisions
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a strong knowledge of French and English
• You have an affinity with sales, IT, or consultancy (experience is a plus, but not a must!)
• You enjoy a work environment where hard work and fun go hand in hand
