Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to track key financial metrics, assist with budgeting and forecasting, collaborate with teams, improve financial processes, ensure accurate records, and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and develop reports and summaries for data-driven decision-making, monitor financial and operational KPIs, and support variance analysis to optimize business operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
• Revenue Budgeting & Expense Control: Support budget preparation with a focus on revenue forecasting, oversee invoicing, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency improvements.  
• Financial System & Process Optimization: Support ERP and BI development, enhance automation, and improve data analytics tools while challenging existing approaches. 
• Compliance & Record Management: Maintain organized records of financial transactions and contracts, manage datasets, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms. 

Position requirements:  

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis (preferably in a SaaS company), with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. 
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in other Business Intelligence tools being a plus. 
• Strong communication skills in English and Estonian, both verbal and written. 
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights. 
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Experience in preparing or reviewing legal agreements is an advantage.
