Team

We are looking to expand our team to support our rapid growth. We are remote-friendly company headquartered in Paris and an office in Marseille, with a global and diverse team of about 30 tech, product, growth and sales experts. We pride ourselves on being a small, committed team of highly autonomous individuals. We value excellence, hard work and autonomy.

Beavr is looking for a talented full stack software engineer to build their next-gen CSR compliance platform for companies.

You will own and lead aspects of the technical buildout of our product. Working closely with engineering leadership, product leadership, and founders, you will contribute to the technical design, build and scalability of our product, ensuring that we deliver an outstanding product experience to our customers.

We currently have 6 engineers on the tech team, led by Etienne (Co-founder and CTO), comprising both junior and more senior profiles, as well as men and women.

Tech stack :

• Devops: Aws, Github, Buildkite, Vercel
• Backend : Node, Prisma, GraphQL
• Frontend: Typescript, React, Tailwind, Radix, GraphQL
  
  

Role

• Design, develop an deploy front-end and backend features of our product.
• Lead efforts in code optimization, defining best practices, and ensuring maintainability and scalability.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies that align with our business needs and technical strategy.
• Champion best practices, code reviews, and uphold high standards of quality and performance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting growth and learning.
• Partner with Product Managers, Design, Sales, and other departments to understand, prioritize, and implement feature requests.
  
  

Qualifications

• You have 2+ years experience in software development.
• You are a full stack engineer, willing to get your hands dirty on all topics (front, infra, product design…).
• You have a strong sense of ownership. You take initiatives and you are at ease to make product & technical decisions.
• You are product focussed. You value bringing an exceptional experience to our customers above anything else.
• You are always the most pragmatic person in the room. You favor speed of iteration over perfection, and always leverage frameworks and libraries to avoid reinventing the wheel.
• You are curious and are comfortable with explaining or learning depending on the situation. The team has deep expertise and values knowledge sharing and humility.
