Front-End Tech Lead

We’re hiring a Front-End Tech Lead for our client, a leading company in the financial sector, to help build cutting-edge digital solutions that serve millions of users.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead front-end development, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applications

✅ Work with Angular 12+, RxJS, Redux/NgRx, and TypeScript to deliver seamless experiences

✅ Implement Micro Frontend architectures and optimize performance

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deploy innovative solutions

✅ Drive best practices in CI/CD, automation, and test-driven development (Cypress, Jest, Playwright)

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 8+ years of front-end development experience

🔹 Expertise in building and optimizing modern web applications

🔹 Strong knowledge of Microservices (NodeJS/NestJS/GraphQL)

🔹 Experience working with automated testing frameworks & CI/CD pipelines

🔹 A proactive mindset – someone who challenges the status quo and loves problem-solving
