Seeking a Business Analyst with extensive experience in the financial services sector, particularly in banking or mortgage services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hands-on testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Management: Implement platform configurations to drive business value, ensuring high-quality delivery through rigorous testing.
• Process Optimization: Continuously analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement, enhancing operations for both back-office teams and customers.
• Efficiency Enhancement: Collaborate with business teams to pinpoint bottlenecks and streamline processes, particularly in mortgage services.
• Partnerships & Collaboration: Work with third-party partners to enhance platform capabilities through design workshops and requirement definition.
• Change Management: Develop and execute business change strategies with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Quality Assurance: Develop improvement backlogs from test insights, create test plans, execute tests, and resolve issues.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate risks associated with identified issues and assist in risk assessments.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in financial services, preferably in mortgage services.
• Skills: Excellent analytical skills with a user-centered approach, experience with Agile methodologies, and a passion for understanding business systems.
• Testing Experience: Proven experience in UAT on software projects.
