The Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS with Azure experience as a plus. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, managing Git repositories, ensuring infrastructure security and reliability, and closely collaborating with development and global infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the global infrastructure team to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS; Azure experience beneficial.

• Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as AWS CodeBuild/CodePipeline.

• Automate application deployment using automation tools like Ansible and Terraform.

• Manage and secure Git repositories.

• Administer and support cloud services including AWS Lambda, RDS, S3, Managed Apache Airflow, Secrets Manager, App Config, VPC, CloudFront, API Gateway, Certificate Manager, and Route 53.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure the availability and performance of cloud infrastructure.

• Manage and integrate Snowflake (user management, Azure AD integration, security practices, RBAC, query management) and Databricks environments (account management, GIT integration, PAT/OBO tokens, Databricks CLI).

• Maintain and troubleshoot Apache Airflow environment, manage init scripts, monitoring, and logging.

• Collaborate closely with Infrastructure and Development teams to implement best practices in DevOps.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical design and support documentation.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in DevOps and cloud computing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in DevOps Engineering.

• Proven hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (Lambda, RDS, S3, VPC, API Gateway, CloudFront, etc.).

• Proficiency in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodeBuild, CodePipeline, and similar technologies.

• Strong experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.

• Strong knowledge and experience managing Git repositories.

• Advanced scripting capabilities (Python, Bash).

• Experience managing Snowflake and Databricks platforms (accounts, integrations, security, and querying).

• Experience maintaining Apache Airflow for data pipeline workflows.

• Proven experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure.

Preferred:

• Certifications in AWS and/or Azure (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).

• Experience managing Azure infrastructure.

• Familiarity with RBAC, service principals, and security best practices in cloud environments.
