Our AI-powered platform provides advanced tools such as learning copilot, conceptual map, automated quiz generation, and document summarization, making learning more interactive and efficient.

We are looking for a Data Scientist who is passionate about learning, data, scalability, and agility. You will play a key role in shaping Docsity AI by leveraging data science techniques to optimize learning experiences and drive data-informed decisions across the company.

🎯Your daily activities will include:

• Analyze raw data: assess quality, cleanse, and structure it for downstream product processing.
• Develop architectures to streamline data science processes and ensure scalability.
• Support initiatives for data integrity, normalization, and governance.
• Enhance Docsity AI by developing machine learning algorithms for personalization and content recommendations.
• Promote data-driven decision-making across the company through reports and presentations.
• Develop insightful dashboards to track performance and key metrics.
• Monitor and evaluate AI models, iterating based on user feedback.

🏆 Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• Solid understanding of product metrics and the product development cycle, ensuring data insights align with business objectives.
• Proficiency in Python, Pandas, and database technologies (SQL, schema design, query optimization).
• Experience with Large Language Models APIs and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, LandGraph, or other Copilot frameworks.
• Understanding of the full software development life cycle and agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in Italian and English (B2+ level or higher).

Nice to have

• Experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling.
• Expertise in BI tools (Looker, Looker Data Studio, Tableau, AWS QuickSight).
• Knowledge of Ecommerce and digital marketing metrics.
• Experience with scalable analytics techniques (PySpark, Dask, Modin, Koalas) and MPP databases (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
