Lead Developer

My name is Parvathi Mudigonda Lundbäck a Head of API Dev.Ops team.

Right now we are looking for a skilled Lead Developer to join our dynamic team and take charge of operations, maintenance, upgrades, and new versions of our APIs.

As a Lead Developer you will…

Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of APIs built on Apigee and AWS services, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures to ensure API integrity. Additionally, the role involves developing and deploying new versions and upgrades of existing APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver robust solutions, and staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in API development and cloud services.

Who We’re Looking For

Requirements include proven experience in API development and management, particularly with Apigee and AWS services, along with strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js. Candidates should be familiar with RESTful APIs, API gateways, and microservices architecture, as well as API security, authentication, and authorization protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and strong communication skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, experience with cloud infrastructure beyond AWS (e.g., Azure, GCP), and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

(Monthly salary range for this position: 4290 - 6435 EUR before tax deduction. This range is applicable for candidates based in Lithuania).
