Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compute Windows & Middleware Windows DevOps Engineer for Cloud Transformation. The role will focus on using Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub to drive cloud transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work on ensuring the integration, management, and automation of Windows components in cloud environments while adhering to quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that all work aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established quality standards to maintain high levels of performance.

Ensure positive customer experience by meeting First Call Resolution targets and minimizing rejected resolutions or case reopenings.

Actively participate in creating proposals for service improvements and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of EN business practices.

Independently resolve technical tickets, meeting the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for ticket volume and resolution time, ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution.

Provide Level 3 (L3) support for on-call escalations, ensuring timely incident and problem management to mitigate issues and restore services promptly.

Contribute to knowledge management by updating and maintaining knowledge bases, conducting training for new hires, coaching analysts, and participating in hiring drives and interviews.

Implement and manage infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible for Windows and middleware environments, ensuring continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines are effectively executed.

Collaborate across teams to document processes, create best practice guidelines, and facilitate seamless cloud transitions and operations.

Technical Skills:

• Proven expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub for automation and cloud management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows components (Active Directory, IIS, etc.), Windows Server Administration, and middleware technologies.
• Experience in cloud environments and Windows-based systems is essential.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Windows administration, or cloud transformation.
• Previous experience working with cloud technologies, specifically on cloud transformation projects.
• Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) or DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) would be a plus.
