We are recruiting two freelance UX Research/Writer roles for a Swedish Customer based in Stockholm, Sweden:

Duration: 9 months + extensions chance

Location: Stockholm (Hybrid Working)

Language: English Speaking

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

Role 1:

We are looking for a dedicated and analytical UX Researcher who is passionate about creating valuable services based on deep customer insights. In this role, you will focus on understanding user needs and behaviors through user interviews, observations, surveys, user testing, and analysis of user data. You will work closely with Service designers, UX designers, development teams and business developers to ensure that our digital services are attractive to our customers and strengthen our business. Your ability to turn data into actionable insights is critical to success in this role.

Your mission:

• Conduct extensive user research on our services and their commercial potential
• Conduct iterative user tests to validate and improve concepts, features, and user experience.
• Test hypotheses and validate solutions to optimize service success.
• Communicate and present insights in a clear and actionable way.
• Serve as the voice of the user in the organization and convey the customer's perspective throughout the development process.

Role 2:

You will work as a UX Writer in some of our agile development teams that create digital services and products within pension and business insurance. You create simple, accessible UX writing that helps our users do what they came to do. You are involved early in the design process and work closely with both UX/UI Designers as well as developers and stakeholders.

In the role, you need to be able to:

• Write simple, concise, and accessible Microcopy for app and web
• Write accessible, for example to screen readers
• Make sure that the copy follows our guidelines, and challenges them where appropriate
• Deep dive into a problem to understand what needs to be solved
• work closely with UX designers, UI designers, and other team members to
• to deliver towards our goal of the best customer meeting on the market.

With us, you are far from alone. You will be part of our fantastic design group with about 40 digital designers (UX Designers, UI Designers, UX Writers) who all support each other with knowledge and feedback.

We believe that you:

• have at least four years of experience in UX writing in Swedish
• have relevant education
• Passionate about designing with words
• is a star at explaining complexity in a simple and pedagogical way
