Why This Role Matters

We’re looking for a Cyber Security Incident Response Manager to lead and enhance our incident response program. In this role, you’ll manage security incidents from detection to resolution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements to our security framework. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategic thinking meets technical expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Develop the incident response process, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Enhance Incident Response Strategy, maintaining policies, plans, and procedures.
• Manage Security Incidents, overseeing detection, containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Investigate Cyber Threats, conduct root cause analysis, and work with development teams to implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and law enforcement.
  
  

What You Bring

• 4-5+ years of experience in cyber security incident response.
• Proven ability to lead and manage incident response teams.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and security monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of incident response frameworks (NIST, SANS).
• Deep knowledge of cyber threats, attack vectors, and security vulnerabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Telecommunications industry.
• Certifications such as CISSP, GCSIRT, GCIA, or similar.
