The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

Roles & responsibilities

• Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
• As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will provide valuable support to the People team in talent acquisition:
• Source and interview potential candidates, providing a good candidate experience
• Collaborate with the People team to manage internal recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring practices
• Build market maps and identify potential talent, both passive and active
• Manage end-to-end internships and junior-level recruitment
• Support on any special projects as required within the People team
• Supports the People Lead on key people initiatives and projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar coordinator role
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
• Previous experience coordinating a large number of tasks and processes at once
• Experience working in an e-commerce environment is preferred
• Familiarity with various administrative and organizational tools and techniques
• Strong passion for supporting teams and improving workflows
• Must possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter – able to work independently while supporting broader team objectives
• Highly collaborative with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking capabilities
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with a strong sense of responsibility and focus on meeting deadlines
