Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer stage) to attract top talent in the fintech and crypto industry.
• Oversee and facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and processed accurately.
• Enhance candidate and employee experience through process improvements.
• Support the planning and execution of training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
• Handle new hire and exit procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in employee engagement and employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
• Administer and track employee benefits programs, including health insurance, meal cards, and other company-provided benefits.
• Provide reporting and process tracking to improve HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies, including payroll and employee records management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven work environment, preferably with experience in crypto, fintech, or tech startups (preferred but not mandatory).
