JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Manager to oversee our Project & Audit, Compliance & Reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, and all compliance regulations are met across the organization. This role involves leading assurance activities, managing reporting processes, and maintaining the integrity of financial and operational systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Project Management:
• Lead and direct teams to ensure timely revenue recognition of project milestones.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of projects billing milestones
• Ensure that all projects align with corporate goals and compliance standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Reporting:
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial and non-financial reports.
• Ensure all reporting meets statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead the development and implementation of reporting standards and procedures.
• Control tower and Compliance:
• Conduct regular governance activities to ensure compliance with local, national, and international governance bodies and practices .
• Develop and implement compliance programs in response to identified risks.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on gap analysis findings and recommend improvements.
• Lead control tower reporting and governance
• Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, compliance officers, and reporting analysts.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Manage cross-functional relationships to ensure synergies across various departments.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks in operational and financial processes.
• Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance business continuity.
• Ensure robust risk management frameworks are in place and followed.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Projects, Business Administration, Finance,business management or related field.
• Certified Project Manager (PMP)
