About The Role

As a working student Operations Analytics, you will play a critical role in effectively growing our locker network, optimizing our operational processes, and designing excellent delivery performance. You will harness the power of our vast data insights, driving a data-driven approach that enables smart, impactful decisions and elevates our performance to the next level. Besides that, you will also be responsible for supporting our daily operation that ensures that our extensive locker network remains in top condition. This all while ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Data-driven Operational Optimization
• Support the growth and optimization of our locker network by analyzing and utilizing data insights
• Drive a data-driven approach to improve operational processes and delivery performance.
• Operational Excellence
• Contribute to the daily operations that maintain the efficiency and condition of our locker network.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  

About You

The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical student currently pursuing a relevant university degree, such as Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a similar field. You have a strong interest in data analytics and a passion for applying insights to drive operational improvements. Previous experience working with Snowflake is a plus, as it will help you hit the ground running. You also have a keen interest in logistics and the intricacies of supply chain operations.

As a team player, you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup culture. You are adaptable, ready to take on new challenges, and can navigate ambiguity with a problem-solving mindset. Your strong communication skills, combined with your data-driven approach, make you an asset to the team as you contribute to shaping the future of our operational performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Pursuing a relevant degree, such as Business Administration, Supply Chain.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication skills to engage with employees, management, and stakeholders.
• Experience in Snowflake (or similar) is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

✅ Salary: €2,500 based on a fulltime contract - open to parttimers.
