UX Designer - Job Description:
We’re looking for a senior product designer to join our team. As a member at Equifax, you’ll work on projects that aim to drive growth through impactful, cross-company integrations. This role focuses on creating innovative, user-centered solutions and responsive applications that deliver impactful experiences for our platform.
UX Designer - Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to bring ideas to life
- Discover user needs through interviews, user flows, and usability testing
- Leverage research insights using qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform design decisions
- Plan and prioritize design features for products in each sprint
- Create and deliver high-quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and interactive prototypes that adhere to design standards
- Focus on delivering clean, simplified, and mobile-first design for consumer-facing (B2C) and B2B applications
- Articulate design rationale clearly, lead and present high-complexity projects with a broad set of stakeholders
- Contribute, refine, and maintain design system to ensure consistency and scalability
- 8+ years of experience in UX and UI Design with a portfolio showcasing your work
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- High proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (AOAD/WCAG) and guidelines
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Experience in the Financial Services industry
This is a 6-month contract position.
