CRM Implementation Project Manager

ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a CRM Implementation Project Manager for immediate opportunities. This is for a one year term and the role is hybrid in Calgary.

ROLE: CRM Implementation Project Manager

The successful candidates must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:

MANDATORY:

• 5+ years working on software implementation projects with a focus on CRM implementation
• Familiarity with Banner ERP is an asset
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Post-secondary experience an asset
• Experience leading and motivating large teams through change
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones to deliver the CRM implementation phases on time and within budget
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with program/project teams, departments, IT, and external partners to define project objectives and success criteria
• Collaborate with the business lead to support effective project communications between project teams manage expectations, and address concerns promptly
• Develop training and communication plans to support user adoption and engagement
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks association with the implementation
• Troubleshoot issues, escalate as needed, and develop solutions to keep project on track
• Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, risks, and resolutions
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to assess satisfaction and identify future needs
• Contribute to the development of best practices and lessons learned for future projects
  
  

Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.
