Software Engineer

Job Description-:

We are seeking a highly skilled software developer for professional service team with strong technical expertise in software development (.NET) and hardware systems (Windows). The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide project development, hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, to ensure seamless implementation of technical solutions onsite.

Key Responsibilities-:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems onsite.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications, hardware components, and network systems.
• Write, test, and debug software code as needed to support project requirements or resolve issues.
• Provide onsite technical support to ensure systems are operating optimally, minimizing downtime.
• Perform system performance analysis and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for security and data protection.
• Train end-users and provide technical guidance to ensure effective usage of systems.
• Act as the main point of contact for onsite technical issues, fostering strong client relationships.
