Opportunity with an Irish own start-up that is continuing to grow their team. We are looking for a tech lead that is going to lead a small team of engineers in the new software engineering team. The role will allow you to maintain hands on work while driving and developing your team.

This team will be developing and implementing new features and updates to existing applications and systems. You will have autonomy to lead this team and make a genuine impact on the product.

The Role:

• Lead a team of Developers

• Align the team’s technical efforts with broader organizational goals.
