Scrum Master

Title: SAFe Agile Scrum Master

Location: Remote (but ppl in or near Atlanta, GA or Boca Raton, FL will get preference because they can go in occasionally)

6+ Month CTH – NO SPONSORSHIP

$50/hr on W2

Job Description:

• Looking for a SAFe Scrum master who ideally has experience leading multiple squads using the SAFe Agile methodology

o Ideally experience between 2-5 teams – manage more than 3 teams)– would like to see strategy

• 4 must have from the Manager

o Bachelor’s degree

o Certified SAFe Scrum Master

o Minimum 4 years SAFe Scrum Master experience

o Stability in jobs (so think Ideally no more than 2-3 jobs in the last 5 years)

• They want people that have External facing App experience –dealing with customer facing issues, have experience to understand what those look like

• PI Planning experience

• Should ideally have experience leading global teams because this person will work with teams in Paris
