Are you a strategically minded, commercially focused Product Manager who puts the customer at the heart of every decision?

My client is hiring a Product Manager to lead end-to-end product strategy, discovery, and delivery—balancing customer needs, business goals, and innovation. You’ll work cross-functionally to define the product vision, drive roadmap execution, and ensure measurable value delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap
• Conduct market analysis, user research, and validate ideas through prototyping and experimentation
• Prioritise features using structured frameworks (e.g. RICE, MoSCoW)
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact products
• Measure outcomes using OKRs and KPIs tied to business and customer value
• Act as a point of escalation for product-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and learning

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in product management or related roles
• Strong track record of strategic product delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Data-driven decision-making approach with a focus on customer outcomes
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• Comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle
• Familiar with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro

• Salary: £75,000 – £85,000
