About the Role:

We are currently seeking an exceptionally talented and ambitious Senior Product Designer on behalf of a leading company in the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in shaping user experiences across key products, driving innovation, and championing design excellence. If you have deep expertise in UX/UI design and a strategic mindset, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design processes for complex projects, from research and ideation to final implementation.
• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to contribute to product strategies and roadmaps with a focus on user experience.
• Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Explore competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that elevate user experiences.
• Advocate for the user perspective in cross-functional discussions, ensuring design solutions address customer needs effectively.
• Mentor Junior Designers, providing feedback and fostering skill development within the team.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation and contribute to refining processes for better outcomes.
• Contribute to and evolve the company's design system, driving consistency and efficiency across products.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of impactful projects across various platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure.
• Strong ability to synthesize user research and data insights into actionable design strategies.
• Expertise in responsive, mobile-first design and accessibility standards.
• Proven ability to lead design projects independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
• Deep interest in understanding and responding to competitive landscapes and industry trends.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

• Interaction design skills (e.g., animation, transitions, movement).
• Experience in user-testing (writing test scripts and using testing tools).
• Other digital design experience (e.g., responsive web, iOS & Android, CMS back office).
