Recruiter (f/m/d)

Your future Role

  • You will expand our existing HR team to significantly contribute to Human Resource Management, Recruiting, and Employer Branding.
  • You will work closely with our Hiring Managers from internal departments to understand their needs and recruit suitable talents accordingly.
  • From designing creative and impactful job descriptions with the respective Hiring Manager to creating the employment contract and onboarding plan, you will manage the entire recruiting process and ensure an optimal candidate journey.
  • Your sense for targeted communication will help you find potential talents through social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • You will confidently participate in interviews and contract discussions, demonstrating proficiency and experience in recruiting.
  • By contributing to the development and promotion of our employer brand, you will help position TimeTac as an attractive employer.
  • Your interest in new markets will aid you in finding creative solutions to make our TimeTac brand known abroad and attractive to future employees.
  • You will enthusiastically represent us at national and international HR fairs to engage in personnel marketing and present TimeTac.

Your Skills

  • Relevant education (Bachelor's or Master's) in Psychology, HR Management, or Business.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Several years of professional experience in (IT) recruiting (at least 3 years) along with a strong interest in software and IT solutions.
  • You apply active sourcing strategies effortlessly and are unafraid to engage professionally and proactively with individuals.
  • You are inspired by the TimeTac culture and values, and can convey this enthusiasm both internally and externally.
  • A high level of integrity and discretion is second nature to you.
  • You possess strong empathy, a polished and confident demeanor, and clear communication skills.

The minimum salary based on a full-time role is €43.078.- gross per annum (ST1, Einstiegstufe) or 52.136.- per annum(ST1, Regelstufe)- depending on years of relevant experience. Considerable over-payment is possible for ideal candidates with relevant experience and qualifications.
