Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. In this role, you will define and prioritize product features, collaborate with development teams, and ensure alignment with business goals. You will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and technical specifications.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and analysts to shape the technical vision and guide solution design.
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring efficient sprint planning and execution.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive product excellence.

You have a master's degree, trilingual FR/EN/NL, and AWS Cloud Practitionner, AWS Developer Associate, and Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals certifications. The SCJP and SCWCD certifications are significant assets. With at least 15 years of professional experience in IT, including at least 5 years as a PO, you have recent and proven experience as an OP in a public service institution. You can prove recent and successful experience in migrating applications or architecture to a microservices-based architecture, as well as in coaching/coaching junior technical profiles. You can prove a successful experience of at least 10 years in managing complex architectures.
