IT Project Leader (SNS01491)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Leader to manage and oversee technology-driven projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT projects from planning to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation approaches.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business units.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and industry best practices.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven project environment.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT project management or leadership roles.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
Excellent problem-solving and risk management abilities.
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification

Requirements

Result-oriented IT Project Leader with a proven track record in successfully planning, managing and delivering complex IT projects.
Specialized in managing multidisciplinary teams. Good communicator who can communicate efficiently with different stakeholders.
Combines strategic insight with a pragmatic approach to realize projects within scope, budget and schedule.
Strong in stakeholder management, risk management and Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience in both corporate environments and dynamic scale-ups.
